Birch Grove Product Exchange and Return Policy

Birch Grove values every customer and strives to ensure comfortable conditions for cooperation, even in cases where it is necessary to return goods or provide compensation.

Return and Warranty Terms
We accept requests for exchanges or returns of lumber within 14 days of receiving your order.
Reasons for return or replacement:
Mechanical damage to goods during transport
Discrepancies in size, type or quantity, if the error was on our part

❗ Important: in case of damage during delivery, be sure to record it in the presence of our driver or sign the acceptance certificate with notes about the damage.

Exchange and return conditions
The goods must be in their original condition, without signs of use or unloading at the facility

The complete set and accompanying documents must be retained

If the delivery was made by the company's own transport, all issues are recorded upon receipt and agreed with the driver or manager

⚠️ Returns will not be accepted if the goods have been unloaded, cut or damaged through no fault of the manufacturer or supplier.

Refunds

After receiving the goods back and checking their condition, we will refund the money to the customer's bank account within 4 working days.
